Zerintia HealthTech closes a one-million-euro funding round.

Zerintia HealthTech closes a first Series A investment round of nearly one million euros. The round is led by the Bio & Tech Smart Capital fund, managed by Noso Capital, which has injected 500,000 euros to accelerate the company’s national and international growth plan in the coming years.

The goal is to make the 4RemoteHealth software platform the leading solution for connecting highly complex clinical environments and equipment.

The financing round also includes participation from the Center for Industrial Technological Development (CDTI) through its Innvierte program, due to its co-investment agreement with Noso Capital. The funds obtained will support the company’s expansion into new geographical areas.

Zerintia HealthTech currently works with clients in the medical equipment industry, private and public healthcare entities in Spain, and is beginning operations in other regions such as Africa, the Middle East, Latin America, and India.

Boosting Digital Surgery

With this investment, Bio & Tech Smart Capital, a private equity fund promoted by the Zendal Group, Galician entrepreneur and CEO of MESTRELAB, Santi Domínguez, and Noso Capital SGEIC, is driving the digitization of the healthcare sector and facilitating Zerintia HealthTech’s connection to the entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystem in health and biotechnology in Galicia.

This operation also includes the appointment of Santi Domínguez to the Board of Directors of Zerintia HealthTech. Domínguez, an international reference in innovation and entrepreneurship, co-founder of Mestrelab, president of the software division of Bruker BioSpin (Integrated Data Solutions), co-founder and board member of IMSPEX Diagnostics Ltd., will contribute his knowledge of the sector.
