On February 2nd, Hospital d’Olot hosted its first live surgery day, focusing on anterior approach in hip prosthesis surgery. This advancement improves scar aesthetics, aids patient recovery in the initial weeks post-surgery, and prevents dislocation of the implant through the posterior approach.
Thanks to Zerintia HealthTech’s pioneering technology and its 4RemoteHealth platform, live broadcasting of two surgeries using this method was possible, enabling remote collaboration and interaction among medical professionals.
