For the commercialization of the 4RemoteHealth platform in the Canary Islands
Zerintia HealthTech has signed its first exclusive distribution agreement in Spain. The Spanish digital health company has reached an agreement with the medical equipment distributor Informedica for the distribution of 4RemoteHealth in the Canary Islands. Informedica thus becomes the sole authorized distributor for the islands of the Zerintia HealthTech platform, which enables remote and real-time collaboration among healthcare professionals.
This pact represents a step forward in Zerintia HealthTech’s goal of becoming a reference partner in digital health for surgical, emergency, and specialized healthcare professionals and institutions throughout Spain. The company’s commitment is that every local, regional, and autonomous health service in the country, along with all its hospitals and emergency centers, can access 4RemoteHealth and have the capability to communicate with each other to grow through training and collaboration.
Informedica will make the 4RemoteHealth platform available to the 34 hospitals and health centers in the Canary Islands. Zerintia HealthTech’s technology has been used in Spain since 2020 by clients in the medical equipment industry and private and public health entities. Currently, the company is starting its first operations in other regions such as Africa, the Middle East, Latin America, and India. The company recently signed an agreement with the Mount Sinai Foundation, which will allow doctors from Mount Sinai Hospital to provide real-time clinical support to medical professionals in Africa.
